CBDstore.co.za will continue to dispatch items during government lockdown. Some orders may experience delays in fulfillment due to limited staff. When orders have been dispatched with the courier please expect delivery within 3-5 working days. Normal operations will resume pending government approval.

After placing your order, sit back, relax and let us take care of the delivery. You will usually receive your parcel tracking details within 12 hours of successful order receipt (excluding on the weekend or public holidays).
Courier delivery will take place at the physical address provided. Collections will require a valid copy of ID/Passport or Driver’s License. Please notify us immediately if any changes are required to the provided delivery address.
South Africa Delivery Options:
- Get FREE door-to delivery to any location in South Africa for orders of R600.00 or more.
- Express Courier Delivery: (3-5 Working Days) – R99 (entire order, unlimited items)
Free: (3-5 Working Days) – For orders over R1000 *Collections(Linbro Park, Gauteng Only: Monday to Friday): Once the order has been processed, you will be notified via email of a collection address and date. * All collections must be made within 3 workings days from the email notification.*All Collections have been temporarily suspended during government lockdown.
- Special Delivery: In the event you cannot receive an order to your home or office, please notify us and we will do our very best to accommodate your distribution needs. Please fill in the form below and provide us your special requirements and a representative will be in touch with you.
- International Delivery: Regrettably CBDstore.co.za can only fulfill orders within South African borders.
Returns and Exchanges
In the rare instance that a product arrives faulty / broken: Please kindly put the contents back in the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will sort out a replacement straight away.
