  • Sceletium 50mg
  • Cannabis sativa L. (CBD isolate) 20mg

RECOMMENDED USE: Take one capsule with water at least 30 minutes before you go to sleep.

Each capsule contains a maximum daily dose of 20mg of CBD. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 20mg of CBD.

    I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my spine and hips do I am in pain 24/7/365 I am chronic insomniac I have probably the usual amount of life anxiety The CBD pills took away all anxiety, in fact I was too chilled. It helped with Pau. I’d say maybe 20-25% which is decent with my condition. Sleep it helped me maybe 15-20% but I wake up every 2 hrs to pee because of pain. I take 20mg per night, It’s very long lasting with the at least 24 hrs half life so you may still be slightly tired during the day. It takes a bit of time to build up in my system. Is it worth it, for me hell yes but it’s not cheap so I need to buy this in bulk at a better price.
